This Code of Conduct is here to help you understand what it means to be a Fathom Member, and participate in community conversations in the Fathom Forum. Don’t forget that your ongoing use of the Fathom website and platform is subject to compliance with this Code of Conduct and our Terms of Use.

We want every Fathom Member to be part of our community and have their voice heard. So, together let’s build a positive, welcoming environment where everyone feels safe to share ideas, thoughts, and feedback. Let’s be supportive, respect individual opinions, and report inappropriate posts and comments if needed.

The goal of this community is to help Fathom Members like you learn more about Fathom’s concepts, discuss Fathom’s ideas and find support on their Fathom journey. Promotion of any other courses and platforms, posts that don't encourage discussion, or posts that aren’t relevant to this goal will be deleted.

This includes self-promotion, unsolicited direct messages, spamming, links to offers, posing as Fathom Experts or Partners, and any selling disguised as content or help posts with the purpose of lead generation. These types of posts will be removed to ensure we stay focused on meaningful discussion.

Fathom is an international community that welcomes a wide range of people. Every Fathom Member has the right to share their views and opinions with the rest of the community. When you inevitably encounter Members, who may not think what you think, believe what you believe, or see what you see – always be kind, polite and respectful in your interactions with them.

You should respectfully challenge ideas, but never directly attack a person. Any posts, comments, or DMs to members or admins that are inappropriate, rude, or aggressive will be immediately closed down and/or removed. This includes posts that spread misinformation and are disruptive to the community.

Respect that other people in the community have had different life experiences and may have a different perspective to yours. We welcome different viewpoints.

Although Fathom is a Members only platform and community, it’s still a public place. Don’t post or share personal information that you would not be comfortable sharing with a stranger. We recommend that you don’t post or divulge any information that may identify you or anyone else, such as your address, email address or phone number. Don’t violate other users’ privacy.

This is your community. Celebrate creativity, be social and share ideas that are important to you. Learn, grow and expand your horizons!
